1. Event location area must be flat and clear of rocks or any other debris to ensure the safety of the jumper and its riders. A 20-foot overhead clearance is needed, as well as a 3ft-5ft perimeter around the jumper.
2. A $100 non-refundable deposit is due upon signing agreement. Balance due upon delivery. Exact change please.
3. Customer assumes full responsibility for any damage or loss to equipment.
4. Customer is responsible for providing power to operate the blower. A grounded 3-prong outlet must be used no farther than 100ft away. If a generator is the power source, a minimum of 3500-WATT (providing 11.6 AMPS) generator must be used.
5. In case of power failure due to customer negligence Kama'aina Inflatables will not make any refunds.
6. If Kama'aina inflatables determines such cancellations due to inclement weather, your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise all other cancellation due to customer decision will be forfeited. Absolutely no refunds will be given once the jump is set up, delivered and accepted by the customer if a rainout or strong winds should occur.
7. A responsible adult will be present at every inflatable rental Unit. An adult superviser will go over the rules with children befor entering the unit.
8. The unit must be fully and securely anchored using all the anchoring points. The inflation machinery should be located where it is either not accessible to children and under the direct supervision of a responsible adult. All electrical connections should be located in a dry and secure position.
9. Fully inflate the unit prior to use. Do not use the unit partially inflated.
10. Unit will not be used in moderate or heavy rain or if the wind speed exceeds 20 mps. unit will be Deflated when conditions permit, 
11. If the unit loses power during operation or if there is any other reason to stop the use, the adult supervisor should hold open the door and ask the riders to calmly exit.
12. Riders should wear only clothing. Shoes, jewelry, watches, all pocket contents, glasses and any other hard or sharp objects should be removed before entering the unit.
13. Do not permit food, gum, drinks, silly string or other such substances in or around the unit.
14. Kama'aina Inflatables is not responsible for any heat or sun-related injuries or illnesses, including sunstroke, sunburn, or dehydration. Nor is it responsible for fatigue, chill and/or dizziness, which may diminish my/our reaction time and increase the risk of accident.
15. Before entering the unit, all riders should be told that flips, roughhousing and climbing on the net walls are not permitted and the adult supervisor WILL enforce this rule.
16. All riders should be in the same age group (i.e. the same relative size). Do not exceed the following capacity:

17. Adult superviser will stop children from entering unit if he/she feels unit is not working in proper working condition
18. Kama'aina Inflatables is not responsible for wind shear, weather, variances and extremes of wind, weather, and temperature.
19. Will will setup Waterslide Rental in the RAIN, We will not setup in the storm such as lightning or high winds.
20. IF CHILDREN ARE NOT LISTENING TO ADULT SUPERVISOR  CHILD WILL BE TAKEN OFF OF INFLATABLE.
